Sunday
India I 10 mins I Drama I 2020 I Hindi w/ English subtitles
When the middle-aged Kamble makes his weekly visit to the neighbourhood barber shop, it's not just for
a shave.
He can't wait to be touched by Jaan, the new barber-boy he has a crush on. It's the highlight of
his otherwise dull existence as a married man leading a dual life in a society that abhors homosexuality.

SUNDAY is the debut short of filmmaker on the rise, Arun Fulara. Indie Meme is excited to introduce you to his work at this opportune moment, as Fulara's debut documentary, WALDEN, chronicling a harsh winter's day in a remote Himalayan village is currently in post-production. The script for his sophomore short, MY MOTHER’S GIRLFRIEND, recently won the KASHISH QDrishti Film Grant and is currently in production.
